Managing Money Movement: Overseeing the movement of money within the firm, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately and efficiently.

We have three levels within the Financial Advisor role: Emerging Advisors:These are individuals starting their careers, focusing on gaining new certifications and learning the foundations of financial planning. Experienced Advisors: These advisors seek more freedom within their role, adhering to established policies and processes while continuing to refine their skills and grow their client base. Senior Advisors:Ready to take on leadership responsibilities, these advisors are committed to mentoring and growing other advisors within the firm, leveraging their extensive experience to elevate the entire team.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS
At Shilanski & Associates, Inc., our Relationship Managers are essential in maintaining ongoing communication and providing exceptional assistance to our clients.
While they do not offer financial advice, their role is crucial in ensuring that clients receive the support they need.
Client Communication: Facilitating regular and clear communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Scheduling Coordination: Managing and coordinating schedules for client meetings and ensuring all appointments are timely and well-organized.
Third-Party Relationships: Handling relationships with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and comprehensive service for our clients.
Client Support: Assisting clients with various tasks and ensuring that all necessary actions are completed efficiently and accurately.
