After this required period of record retention, all such information will be archived or destroyed. In all other respects, the information about former clients is treated in the same manner as information about current clients.

To provide the utmost in service, we may disclose information regarding customers and/or former customers, as necessary, to companies in order for them to perform certain services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements, or as required by law.

Most of this information is contained in account statements that you receive and applications you submit to obtain our products and services.
