Since migrating to Alaska in 1991, Charnell Cole has embraced the wild embrace of its nature, finding solace in kayaking's quiet waters, fishing's patient wait, hiking's challenging ascents, and volleyball's spirited exchanges.

Her academic voyage led her through the University of Alaska Anchorage and Charter College, gathering knowledge in Accounting and Business Management like pebbles along a path.

Joining Shilanski & Associates Inc. in the autumn winds of 1995, Charnell has grown to be the backbone of our team, a leader whose presence is as constant as the northern star, guiding with accountability, clarity, and unwavering commitment.
